Oh, the weather outside is frightful… but the drinks are so delightful! Christmas cocktail-sipping is one of the joys of the festive season for many of us. Here at The Boiler House, we are no strangers to the merriment a high-quality tipple can bring (minus the teetotalers). Especially if made responsibly, there’s something very satisfying in being able to serve your party guests an eco-chic, sustainable drink!
The three musketeers of a sustainable cocktail are:
1. sustainably-produced alcohol
2. seasonal ingredients and garnishes
3. re-purposed serving ware
For a refreshing, festive and eco-delish drink, look no further than to the Apple- Cranberry Moscow Mule Punch. It has won our hearts and palates as our favourite seasonal libation. Easy to make and super-sustainable, when made with locally-sourced ingredients, of course.
